April is an award-winning documentary filmmaker and impact journalist. Her interdisciplinary storytelling and philanthropy work inspires social change by amplifying the voices of the underground.

She has had the opportunity to be a featured guest speaker for Women in Film, US Embassy, Portland Community College, PCMTV, Artists United to End Homelessness, and State University of Wisconsin-River Falls.

In addition to her expansive film industry background spanning over 2 decades, she has also crafted over 40 short documentaries, 2 feature films, 2 full-length music albums, and currently has multiple projects in development, underscoring her prolific output and contributions to the industry.
