NEW DOCUMENTARY ROOTED IN URBAN EQUITY & CULTURAL RESISTANCE

I’m raising funds to complete principal production for my new documentary, Global DIY.

This film builds on my recent work, Concrete Law (2024), which follows the fight to legalize the Channel Street DIY skatepark. I began filming Global DIY, a story centered on community agency and cultural resistance, during the 2024 Concrete Law film festival and global impact tour. We have 5 countries so far documented so far...

In October, I’m presenting at an international skate conference in Bordeaux, France, focused on the relationship between skateboarding and urban planning. While lodging is covered, international travel and time off work present significant costs. My goal is to raise $10,000 to make this trip possible and help bring this important story—and others to life.

$10K GOAL

Raised so far: $500

Rather than using a traditional fundraising platform that takes a large percentage of every contribution away from the independent artist, I’ve created this personal fundraising page so that every dollar can go directly toward the essentials: flights, transportation, lodging, and meals.

Every contribution gets us closer to the finish line. If you believe in preserving DIY and amplifying grassroots voices, join this journey.

In return, I want to support those who uplift this work:

* Contributions over $10,000+ receives VIP marketing package + presenting logo and Executive Producer credit. Email me for details on marketing opportunities.

* Contributions of $5,000+ will receive an Executive Producer credit in the final film.

* All contributions will receive a personalized ‘THANK YOU’ in the credits of the final film. Supporters of $1,000+ will receive a Producer credit in the final film.
